Quick answer: the Belkin UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 scores highest (4.2/5): 25W for your iPhone, fast charging for your Apple Watch, active cooling — and the 45W power adapter is in the box. Need one charger for travel? The Anker Prime 3-in-1 Foldable folds flat. Only charging a phone? Apple’s own MagSafe Charger is the simplest, cheapest route to 25W.
Belkin UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 Magnetic Charging Dock
- Up to 25W for iPhone (Qi2 25W)
- Fast-charges Apple Watch: Series 10 to 80% in 30 min (Belkin claim)
- 45W power adapter and 1.5 m braided cable included
Since the Qi2 25W standard (also called Qi2.2) arrived, magnetic wireless chargers can finally charge a recent iPhone at up to 25W — far faster than older 15W MagSafe-compatible chargers. But a “25W” label alone doesn’t tell you whether the adapter is included, whether your Apple Watch can charge too, or whether the charger stays cool enough to keep that speed up. We compared three popular options: Apple’s MagSafe Charger, Belkin’s UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 dock and Anker’s Prime 3-in-1 Foldable station.
What matters when choosing a MagSafe charger
25W only works with the right iPhone. Charging at up to 25W needs a compatible iPhone — the iPhone 16 and iPhone 17 families on iOS 26 or later (the iPhone 16e is excluded). iPhone 12 to 15 models still charge, but at up to 15W.
The wall adapter matters as much as the charger. Apple says its 25W MagSafe Charger needs a 30W or higher USB-C power adapter to reach full speed; a 20W adapter limits it. A charger that ships with the right adapter saves you money and guesswork.
Heat slows charging down. Wireless charging produces heat, and phones reduce charging speed when they get warm. Chargers with a built-in fan are designed to hold higher speeds for longer.
Count your devices. If you also charge an Apple Watch and AirPods every night, a 3-in-1 charger replaces three separate cables on your bedside table.

1. Belkin UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 — best overall (4.2/5)

Belkin’s dock charges three devices at once: an iPhone at up to 25W, an Apple Watch with fast charging — Belkin says a Series 10 goes from 0 to 80% in 30 minutes — and AirPods at up to 5W. Belkin also claims an iPhone 16 reaches 50% in about 25 minutes on iOS 26. Crucially, a 45W USB-C power adapter and a 1.5 m braided cable are included, so you get full speed out of the box.
Its ChillBoost cooling uses a quiet internal fan (with an on/off switch, handy in a bedroom), and Belkin says it keeps charging up to 7°C cooler. The phone mount tilts up to 70° in portrait or landscape for StandBy mode. The downside is portability: it’s a weighted desk dock, not something to throw in a bag.
Not for you if: you want one charger for both home and travel.
✔ Pros
- 25W iPhone + fast Apple Watch charging
- 45W adapter and cable included
- Quiet fan with on/off switch
- Tilting stand for StandBy mode
✘ Cons
- Desk dock — not portable
- Costs more than a single charger
2. Anker Prime 3-in-1 Foldable — best for travel (3.8/5)

Anker’s station also charges an iPhone at up to 25W (Qi2.2), plus an Apple Watch and earbuds at 5W each — then folds into a compact block (95 × 60.5 × 23.9 mm, 230 g) that doubles as a stand. Its AirCool fan runs at a quiet 19 dB, and Anker says an iPhone 17 Pro reaches 50% in 26 minutes.
Two things cost it points. Apple Watch charging is standard 5W rather than fast charging. And whether a power adapter is included depends on where you buy it — some regional stores bundle a 45W adapter, others don’t — and you need 45W or more for full speed. Check the box contents for your country. It only works with Apple Watch (not Samsung or other smartwatches).
Not for you if: you want the fastest Apple Watch charging.
✔ Pros
- Folds flat for travel (230 g)
- 25W iPhone charging with quiet fan
- Charges three devices at once
✘ Cons
- Apple Watch charges at standard 5W
- Adapter included in some countries only
- Price varies a lot by country
3. Apple MagSafe Charger — best single charger (3.5/5)
Apple’s latest MagSafe Charger is certified for Qi2.2 and charges a compatible iPhone at up to 25W — Apple says up to 50% in about 30 minutes — in a tiny puck with a 1 m or 2 m cable. At launch it cost €49 (1 m) or €59 (2 m), the lowest price here, and it’s the most portable option by far. It also charges AirPods in a wireless charging case.
It scores lower because it does one job: there’s no Apple Watch charging, no stand and no fan. And there’s no power adapter in the box — you’ll need a 30W or higher USB-C adapter to get 25W, which adds to the real cost if you don’t already own one.
Not for you if: you charge an Apple Watch every night, or you don’t own a 30W adapter.
✔ Pros
- 25W in the smallest, lightest package
- Lowest price
- 1 m or 2 m cable
✘ Cons
- No power adapter included (30W+ needed)
- iPhone and AirPods only
- No stand or active cooling
Which one should you buy?
- Bedside or desk, with an Apple Watch: Belkin UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1.
- You travel often: Anker Prime 3-in-1 Foldable.
- You only need to charge your iPhone: Apple MagSafe Charger, paired with a 30W+ adapter.
- Your iPhone is a 15 or older: any of these will work, but at up to 15W — you won’t benefit from 25W.
Frequently asked questions
What’s the difference between MagSafe, Qi2 and Qi2.2?
MagSafe is Apple’s magnetic wireless charging system. Qi2 is the open standard based on it, which lets other brands make magnetic chargers that align automatically. Qi2.2 (also marketed as Qi2 25W) raises the maximum power from 15W to 25W for compatible phones.
Which iPhones charge at 25W?
The iPhone 16 and iPhone 17 families on iOS 26 or later, excluding the iPhone 16e. iPhone 12 to 15 models charge at up to 15W on these chargers.
Do I need a special power adapter?
For full speed, yes. Apple recommends a 30W or higher USB-C adapter for its MagSafe Charger; Anker recommends 45W or higher for the Prime 3-in-1. Belkin includes a 45W adapter.
Do these work with a phone case?
Yes, with a MagSafe-compatible case that has built-in magnets. Thick non-magnetic cases can stop the charger from attaching or slow charging down.
Our verdict
The Belkin UltraCharge Pro 3-in-1 is the most complete package: full-speed charging for iPhone, the fastest Apple Watch charging here, active cooling and everything you need in the box. Go for the Anker Prime 3-in-1 Foldable if you travel, or Apple’s MagSafe Charger if you only charge a phone and already own a 30W adapter.
