Who we are
This website, dealsradarlab.com, is operated by Alexandre Mayden, Puteaux (La Défense), France, who is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: contact@dealsradarlab.com.
What we collect
- Server logs: our host records IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
- Advertising and analytics cookies: we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. It sets cookies and sends Meta information about your visit, such as the pages you view. It is only loaded after you give your consent in our cookie banner, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
- Affiliate links: when you click a link to a retailer, that retailer may set its own cookies to credit us with the referral. Their own privacy policy applies on their site.
- Messages you send us: if you email us, we keep your message and email address to reply.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run user accounts or take payments on this site.
Your choices and rights
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook settings under “Ad preferences”. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data we hold about you, to object to its use, and to data portability — email contact@dealsradarlab.com and we will reply within one month. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period for security purposes; emails are kept for as long as needed to answer you. Our host, DreamHost, is located in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
